It is important to check everything you can about a site you are thinking about buying and the person selling that site.
- Website Stats - Everything from website traffic to running costs should be checked.
- Check the Seller - This isnt always possible but when you can, try and check any previous transactions that the seller has been involved in to give you an idea of how trustworthy the seller is.
- Buying Details/Conditions - Will the seller help with the site if you have any problems? Will he give you a walkthrough on how the site works? Makre sure everything is agreed before money exchanges hands.
